It is very important to remain at home nowadays since we are all going through the COVID-19 challenge globally. Therefore, the best thing you can do is to stay at home to protect yourself and your family. Please don’t go to the super market every day. It is not the end of the world if you run out of something. Eat what you have, and feel blessed and grateful that you have something, whatever it is. We are at the state of emergency. I don’t understand why people are constantly complaining about the stay at home policy. I hope this blog post will help all those who are selfish enough to want to leave their apartments just because they are bored. It is not all about you. Not everyone can stay at home. All medical workers and super market staff cannot work from home. Therefore you should stay at home for all those who cannot.
Remember all those things you were planning to do at home, but you never had the time. Well, now is the time. Keep yourself busy with activities such as cleaning, cooking, reading, online learning, there are a plenty of free courses on Coursera, you can also do some gardening if you have a garden or balcony. There’s no better time to declutter your home than now. But if you are not keen to do things, just relax by watching your favorite programs and movies. If you feel well enough you can also do some light exercise inside of your home.
Here in this blog post I will share with you my favorite exercising program that you can watch on YouTube for free. It has been my favorite since 1998 and I’m thrilled that I am still able to do it. I got this program on VHS tape many years ago and it helped me a lot to lose some weight and to stay fit back then. I lost that tape on the way and I was so happy when I discovered this program on YouTube a few weeks ago. You can give a try and let me know if you like it in the comment section below. It is about one hour of moving, and in my opinion it is what we need the most nowadays. Good luck, take care of yourself and stay safe.
Please stay at home, create your own atmosphere, make a nice little space for yourself and accept it. It might be difficult and challenging for a while but is not going to last forever. It’s the little things in life that matter the most. So, appreciate what you have. Have in mind that there is always something to be grateful for.
