Even though I am uncertain of it’s origin, the ‘How you do anything is how you do everything” adage is certainly meaningful.

Antranik Kizirian, strength and flexibility expert said: ”The way you eat, the way you spend money, the way you have relationships is an expression of who you are and what you believe. Look at what you’re doing and instead of trying to fix problems or make them go away, become interested in them as an opportunity to learn what’s really going on.”

I totally agree with him on that. So, if you are disappointed with your life outcome, take the above listed facts into consideration. Perhaps now is the time to break your old patterns and to set new standards for yourself.

As the cherry on the pie of this short blog post I will add Albert Einstein’s quote “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
